Named "Sanggar peppek in conjunction with the pronunciation in bugis, if in malay called" fried banana squashed "Sanggar (banana fritters) Peppek (squashed). Sanggar peppek is more delicious eaten with tomato sauce. It is a nice combination with the tantalizing aroma of tomatoes that make it is popular.
