Gado-gado

Gado-gado is one of the foods that come from Java in the form of vegetables are boiled and blended into one, with peanut sauce or sauce of crushed peanuts with sliced ​​egg and fried onions sprinkled on top. Slightly fried chips or crackers (some are taking prawn crackers) are also added.

Sanggar peppek (tapped fried banana)


Sanggar Peppek is come from bugis food menu in Tawau, Sabah where the young banana peel, then fried until half cooked, then slowly whisk in until squashed oval long & thin, then fried again until cooked. Named "Sanggar peppek in conjunction with the pronunciation in bugis, if in malay called" fried banana squashed "Sanggar (banana fritters) Peppek (squashed).
